About us

Background

The story begins with love at first sight following a visit to the Gatineau Clip ’n climb, a New-Zealand company. Isabelle Landry-Larue and Daniel Mongrain realized it was the kind of activity that was missing in the greater Montreal area. The determination of the strategic location of their centre at Centropolis, right in the heart of Laval’s activity pole, was not an easy task. They needed a special facility with high ceilings in order to install the climbing walls. The visionary team at Centropolis agreed that Clip ‘n climb would be a great addition to their already existing unique attractions and took it upon themselves to make important structural changes to one of their buildings so it could host this audacious undertaking. Marc-André Roy, a climbing expert, was assigned to the operations. This incredible management team was able to gather a great team to offer this unique experience to all those wanting to take-up a new challenge.
